SHIPPING POLICY

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 valid for orders made in the continental USA.  
  • International shipping available for $30
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. Unless shipping / processing is stated otherwise in the description on product page. 
  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS & DHL.
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all claims must be made with the shipping carrier. USPS & UPS insures some lost or damaged packages. If your tracking information says it was delivered you can open an insurance claim by calling USPS at (800) 275-8777 or UPS at (800) 742-5877.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At this time we are unable to process returns or exchanges,  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
If you've received an incorrect item please contact us. All issues will be handled on a case by case basis. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
