We offer Route Package Protection at check out. If you have opted in you’re covered! Please file a claim with Route no more than 14 days after the initial delivery date.

If approved, Route will repurchase your items, and if they are not available Route refund you the value of your items. If you opted out of Route Package Protection you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. 

In addition, you can open an insurance claim by calling USPS at (800) 275-8777 or UPS at (800) 742-5877.

Yes, we do! However, international orders may be subject to a local customs charge (at the discretion of your local government), separate from your shipping fee.

If you would like to cancel/change an order that was just placed, you can send an email to contact@shopmiragenyc.com requesting the cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel/change your order.
